Next day a bus day tour to Port Douglas with a few side trips to an eco lodge & a water cruise to sight some crocs !
After a few days we were off back to Cairns, this time to stay at the then Mercure Oasis Resort.. Now known as the Oasis resort. Adam had the opportunity to catch up with his good mate from high school - Richard Stephens [how are you by the way?]
During this stay we also went on a day trip to fitzroy Island, jet boating to the reef [Ill leave this adventure for another day] & night markets in Cairns.
